Arnive Blanchard

Arnive Blanchard provides engineering services to our Community & Economic Development teams as they work to attract new capital investment and jobs to the state. His advanced technical skills and experience in managing and leading multiple projects, ensure an invaluable customer experience.

Arnive spent the beginning of his career at Georgia Power and Southern Company, as a Senior IT Field Operations Technician and an End User Analyst assisting Community & Economic Development as well as many other departments with all matters relating to IT and software. He was instrumental in the design, renovation, and operations of the Georgia Experience Center and all the technology within.

A native of Haiti, Arnive is a resident of the City of Hampton in Henry County with his wife, Laurie, and three young children Olivia, Evelyn, and Jeremiah.  He has a passion for ministry and enjoys being the assistant pastor at Get Ready Ministries of Jackson, Georgia. He values counseling people and mentoring youth.
