Coastal Women in Economic Development

To grow inclusive communities, it is essential to have women active and advancing in economic development professions. Georgia Power Community & Economic Development supports women in this industry so that tomorrow’s leaders reflect the diverse backgrounds and experiences that make Georgia great.

On April 28-29, you’re invited to Coastal Women in Economic Development. This retreat-style event is designed to help women across Georgia connect and learn from one another’s career experiences in economic development.

Joining you will be several executives to share their leadership journey. Check back soon for the speaker announcements.

Participants will connect with coastal leaders and enjoy the beauty and activities available on Dorchester’s 5,000 acres hunting preserve. Expect to join in on the fun, including:

  • Lunch at The Lodge
  • Hunting Clinic
  • Dinner at The Lodge
  • Business Leader Breakfast

Jason Coley, Community Development Manager, Georgia Power Community & Economic Development, will be moderating the discussions.
