Seeing is Believing
In the world of engineering and architectural visualization, the innovation in our processes is a testament to our passion for the work. Our engineering team is on a quest to transform the vision of your business growth into future realities.
Our work typically occurs in the conceptual stage of a project where you may have a vision of your company, and we may have a site and community that match your need. We operate where imagination meets CAD and 3D Design software. We love to think that we can breathe life into a 2D concept, by moving 2D layouts into the 3D virtual world where your visions come to life using color, landscapes, skies, weather, and thoughtful details. This enables a more humanistic understanding of complex engineering designs and of the environment that your business will inhabit. This transformation isn't just about adding aesthetics; it's about embedding your story, your emotion, and your future plans into each pixel, crafting a visually engaging narrative that resonates with the your company and the communities where it will make its home.
Our starting process is conversational - what are we presenting, for whom, and what are the feelings that we are trying to promote with the project. Whether it's showcasing a new industrial park, modeling a significant expansion of an existing corporate neighbor, or a new company’s expansion into the U.S. market, we engage closely with your teams to understand the your needs, story, and the impact you seek to make to both the community and their bottom line.
Putting it together
During the Hyundai site selection process, we created a rendering of the future Hyundai Motor Group Metaplant America (HMGMA) in Bryan County. This model was very complex, given the size of the project, the size of the host site, and the importance of the project to the economic development of our state. Our engineering team developed and fine-tuned the concept under a tight deadline to bring it to completion for meeting of state and company representatives. During the process, we worked closely with the state and local economic development teams to deliver a visualization that not only matched the company’s but also the community’s vision of their future.
Combining our engineers, the visions of the prospect, and the expectations of the community is a great starting point to your economic development journey.
