Growing Georgia Together

2018 was a great year for Georgia! And we're not the only ones who think so. Our home state was named number one state for business for the 6th year in a row by Site Selection Magazine and the top state for business for the 5th consecutive year by Area Development Magazine. Our team worked with a record-setting 133 companies that also chose Georgia as the best place for their businesses - creating jobs and strengthening communities throughout our state.

Together with our valued partners, we celebrated incredible wins for Georgia, including 18,682 jobs created and retained. The map below highlights companies with 100 jobs or more that located or expanded in 2018. Through strong partnerships and longstanding community connections, our team is ready to make 2019 another great year.
