Submit a Property

On our Site Selection Tool, Georgia Power promotes available sites (land) and industrial and office buildings. To ensure that we have the most accurate and reliable data, we utilize two subscriptions, CoStar and REsimplifi.

Buildings

Depending on the property location, available buildings may automatically be added to our Site Selection Tool (see map and county list below). However, buildings located in some regions will require you to add your building through REsimplifi to be listed. These properties include:

• Industrial buildings with at least 10,000 SF available outside of Metro Atlanta
• Office buildings with at least 10,000 SF available outside of Metro Atlanta

Sites

All sites (land) in Georgia, regardless of location, are to be submitted through REsimplifi in order to be listed. Click the link below to add your site.

Buildings located in the Metro Atlanta region are updated weekly through our CoStar datafeed. If your industrial or office building is listed in CoStar, has at least 10,000 SF available, and is located in the Metro Atlanta region, it will automatically be added to our database; there is no need to add your building. Please see the map and list below for the counties included in our CoStar datafeed subscription.
