Co-Working Space

Situated in Johnson Square, in the heart of the historic district, Novel Co-Work is Savannah’s largest co-working space. Housed in Savannah’s first “skyscraper,” the recently renovated space was first erected in 1911 and boasts 15 floors of class A office space including private offices, office suites and co-working space. Today, 93 creative and technology companies call Novel Co-Work home.

Several other small creative spaces exist spread throughout the city from the Starland district to the islands, with several more projects under construction today.
